As a career coach, I help job seekers develop a functional resume. I will draft a customized resume for your review and approval.

A job description may combine the resume of the person currently filling the role or leaving the role. This is paired with the formal job description that resides in Human Resources (HR).  The hiring manager will tweak the job posting with skills, duties, or requirements that are desirable.  When the job is posted a recruiter or HR representative is tasked with finding qualified candidates.  This is where you get to introduce yourself by way of your resume. Your resume has to be clear, complete, and concise.  But, before your resume reaches their desk, an automated Applicant Tracking System (ATS) will most likely have screened your resume, along with the hundreds if not thousands of other resumes. Your resume must get through the ATS. I can help.
